The directors

Emily Caroe and James Toller formed Mallory Group in October 2016 bringing together 35 years of sports industry expertise having worked at global brands and rights holders, for creative agencies and in the media, to share with their clients this unique understanding of the sports marketing world.

Prior to founding Mallory Group, Jimmy led Jaguar Land Rover’s global sports sponsorship activity which included the delivery of award-winning campaigns relating to Land Rover’s worldwide partnership with Rugby World Cup 2015,  Sir Ben Ainslie’s America’s Cup team, Land Rover BAR and Jaguar’s sponsorship of Team Sky.

James has an in-depth understanding the challenges brands face and applies this experience to strategic delivery for our clients. He is on the judging panel for the 2019 European Sponsorship Association Awards.

Emily has directed global multi-media marketing campaigns, run international PR and marketing teams and has vast experience working as, or with, stakeholders at all levels including governments, brands, agencies and rights-holders. 

Emily brings extreme attention to detail and senior communications counsel around engaging the breadth of stakeholders and audiences involved.

Our company is named after George Mallory who attempted to make the first ascent of Mount Everest. Mallory set out to achieve the seemingly impossible in 1924 and it is with this same spirit that we will push the boundaries of the sponsorship and communications industries.
