The purpose of our Privacy Policy is to outline the information Mallory Group may collect and how we may use that information. As technology continues to develop, our privacy policy may need changing in order to provide the best possible service to our site visitors. We do not share your information with other parties. Data may also be stored for back-up purposes.

2. Access a copy of your data that we hold by contacting us directly: we will acknowledge your request and supply a response within one month or sooner.

How long is the Personal Data stored for?
We store your data for five years after your last communications with us to comply with HMRC regulations.

What if you are not happy or wish to raise a concern about our data processing?
You can complain in the first instance to Mallory Group, and we will do our best to resolve the matter. If this fails, you can complain to the Information Commissioner at www.ico.org.uk/ concerns or by calling 0303 123 1113.

Mallory Group only collects personally identifiable information about you (i.e. your name, email address etc.) through our website when voluntarily submitted by you, the visitor. Visitors may choose to submit personal information to obtain information or submit a comment. Providing personal information is up to you, our visitor.

If you do not want your personal information collected, please do not submit it to us. We do not now and will not give or sell or trade personal information about you to third parties. Mallory Group website contains links to other sites and whilst we make every effort to only link to sites that share our standards, we cannot be held responsible for the contents and privacy policies of such sites. Security measures are in place to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of the information received from our online visitors, and to make such information as secure as possible against unauthorised access and use.

Cookies use on this site
We use Google Analytics which generates a number of tracking cookies which help collect anonymous data about our visitors. This is technical information is collected automatically when you connect to our site which is not personally identifiable. An example of this would include the type of Internet Browser or the type of computer operating system you are using or the domain name of the website from which you linked to our site. We use "cookie" technology and IP addresses only to obtain non-personal information from on-line visitors to ensure we deliver the most appropriate on-line experience for people interested in our services.

The Google Analytics tool (which is present an virtually every commercial website) is used to track the total number of visitors to our site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our site, keeping it fresh and interesting to the majority of our visitors; personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process. No other form of cookie or other tracking device is used on this site. We also have a connector to our facebook page. Facebook generates a cookie again for tracking purposes. The property search side of our website uses a number of cookies which are required for the search and presentation of properties to the visitor. Turning off cookies will not affect your enjoyment of this site but may result in certain preferences not being set or require that searches be run repeatedly as preferences and search results/history will not be retained.
